Moon Flour Has Arrived

Lua Brazil's Moon Flour, based on a Brazilian food of indigenous origin, is a cassava-based powder that, when added to a hot skillet, congeals into a dough that resembles a tortilla. "Tapi-tacos" are gluten-free, grain-free, and fat free—and also quick, practical and affordable. The fillings can be either sweet or savory. They fit into most diets, including Celiac and Paleo, as they are free of most common allergens such as wheat, soy, corn, and eggs. At 50 calories per Tapi-Taco tortilla, it’s healthy and light compared to bread.
